How do I subscribe? +
Go to the Plans tab inside the terminal and select your preferred plan. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout. After payment, Pro access is activated instantly.
What payment methods are accepted? +
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and in some regions Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I cancel? +
Click "Manage Subscription" in the Plans tab inside the terminal. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel anytime. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds? +
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges.
Is my payment information secure? +
We never store your payment details. All transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
