GEX analytics terminal for futures and options traders. See where dealers are positioned — and trade with the flow.
TLADe — trade like a dealer — is a platform built by a retail trader for retail traders who want a professional approach to this craft. By "professional" I mean something specific: someone who can sustain their lifestyle practicing a craft with a consolidated method — and a professional attitude toward it.
What does it mean to trade like a dealer? For most retail traders, it means a complete mindset shift. It is not about making money — it is about running a business. Profit is the natural consequence of a well-run business. Trading only works when it stops fighting statistics and market structure.
Like every retailer determined to make a living from this beautiful job, I accumulated an enormous amount of information and went through countless trading styles and strategies. Too many. More than once, in the rush to get results, I skipped the fundamental steps that take a retail trader to consistent profitability — chasing improbable edges with 70% win rates.
In practice, I was a break-even trader for years — until my aha moment: I had to stop looking for someone to stuff me with notions and strategies. I had to build my own vision — and to do that, I had to understand how the market really works by myself, not have it told to me by someone else.
The very first question I asked myself was: do I need a directional bias to face a trading day? Do I really have to guess where price is going? Do I have to be "good"? The answer I gave myself: it's the most inefficient and dangerous thing I can do. A bias puts us in a psychological condition where any disconfirmation forces us to revise our conviction. That is an insidious gate to cross: "I've been wrong" — which will probably lead to the self-question "and if I'll be wrong even next time?". Not the best mental state to course-correct a strategy.
Instead of building a bias, I started observing the structure, asking myself: Big Market Players process statistics far better than I ever could — can I understand how they are positioned, and follow them? Observing dealer positioning assigns a statistical probability to an event, and lets you rely on it — completely deactivating the concept of right or wrong.
That question — not a better edge — is what TLADe was built around.
And let me be clear: I don't have a clue what the market will do in the next few hours — and believe me, in intraday trading nobody does (the long run is a different game). That's exactly why a routine exists instead of a prediction.
One last thing: this map is not a cage. TLADe gives you the map — and trains you to find what is, statistically, the most powerful weapon you can have in any market: confluences. With your own strategy. Classical price action. ICT. Gann. Smart Money. Volume Profile. VWAP and AVWAP. Bollinger Bands. Moving average crossovers. Divergences. The lunar cycle. Your intuition. Whatever the hell works for you. Be inspired, not dependent — apply it, adapt it to your own edge, and share your improvements with the community.
TLADe is a real-time gamma exposure (GEX) analytics terminal. It processes live CBOE options chains to show you where market makers are positioned, how they hedge, and where the market is most likely to react. Every level on the chart is derived from dealer mechanics — not indicators, not patterns, not predictions.
ES NQ E-mini S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures
SPX NDX S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 index options
Options chains sourced directly from CBOE. Updated across six sessions per day.
None of this is theory — the routine runs live. Every trading morning the full analysis is posted on Telegram and X before the session unfolds: Market Pulse, Dealer Flow, the scenario, the checkpoints — and the next morning, the scorecard. Hits and misses, same ritual.
Around it, a community of traders sharing breakdowns, setups and improvements — often answering each other before I get there.
